Pay Only Inside the Platform
Any seller asking for direct bank transfer or STC Pay outside the platform is likely a scam. Report immediately.
Never Share OTP or Bank Info
Platform never asks for OTP or card number. If anyone asks (even claiming to be support), it is a scam.
Inspect Before Confirming
You have 48h after delivery. Inspect well, test every function. Don't confirm until you are sure.
Keep All Chats Inside
All in-platform chats are saved as evidence. If a seller asks to move to WhatsApp, refuse — that is a scam sign.
Use Inspection for Expensive Items
Above 5,000 SAR, the 99 SAR neutral inspection protects you from losing thousands.
