1.Acceptance of Terms
- 1.1By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
- 1.2If you don't agree to any clause, you must immediately stop using the platform.
- 1.3We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes apply once published, and continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
- 1.4We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates.
2.Eligibility
- 2.1You must be 18+ to use the platform with all services.
- 2.2Individuals: KSA resident with valid national ID or residence permit.
- 2.3Companies: valid commercial registration + ZATCA certificate + tax number.
- 2.4Creating multiple personal accounts is prohibited. Each account links to one ID only.
- 2.5We reserve the right to reject or cancel any account that doesn't meet conditions.
3.Platform Scope & Allowed Products
- 3.1The platform is exclusively specialized in professional electronics and low-current systems (under 50V).
- 3.2Approved categories: audio, microphones, mixers, cameras, surveillance, pro lighting, displays, control systems, networks, smart home, conference, accessories.
- 3.3Any product outside this scope is a terms violation and will be removed immediately.

4.Your Account and Responsibility
- 4.1You are fully responsible for maintaining your account credentials (password, OTP).
- 4.2Any activity from your account is your responsibility, even if not done by you.
- 4.3Sharing your account or allowing others to use it is prohibited.
- 4.4If suspicious activity is detected, report it immediately via /report.
- 4.5The platform is not liable for losses from negligence in protecting your account.
5.Acceptable Use
- 5.1Using the platform for any illegal activity or activity against Saudi laws is prohibited.
- 5.2Posting offensive, racist, or indecent content is prohibited.
- 5.3Attempting to hack the platform or access other users' data without permission is prohibited.
- 5.4Using bots to scrape content or execute transactions is prohibited.
- 5.5Manipulating prices, creating fake transactions, or abusing the escrow system is prohibited.
6.Penalties and Suspension
- 6.1We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account violating these terms without prior notice.
- 6.2In serious breaches (fraud, hacking, selling stolen items), we report to authorities.
- 6.3Suspended accounts' balances are not refunded except after investigation and proof of good faith.
- 6.4If wrongly deleted, you can appeal within 14 days via /contact.
7.Limitation of Liability
- 7.1The platform is an intermediary between buyer and seller — not a party to the actual transaction.
- 7.2We are not responsible for product quality, description accuracy, or other users' behavior.
- 7.3Escrow protects the payment process only — not a guarantee of authenticity or actual condition.
- 7.4In disputes, our decision is based on submitted evidence, not a judicial ruling.
- 7.5Our maximum liability in any dispute doesn't exceed the commission we received on that deal.
8.Governing Law
- 8.1These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- 8.2Any dispute not resolved amicably goes to competent courts in Riyadh.
- 8.3Arabic is the official language. English translation is for convenience only — in case of conflict, Arabic prevails.
