1.Buyer Eligibility
- 1.1Buyers must be 18+ years old and reside in Saudi Arabia with an ID or residence.
- 1.2Account registration requires a Saudi phone number. Verification via OTP.
- 1.3To purchase, national ID verification is required. This protects you and the seller from fraud.
- 1.4Every purchase is linked to your account and recorded in your transaction history.
2.Your Rights
- 2.1Receive honest, complete info about the item before buying (condition, accessories, reason).
- 2.2Request additional photos or video before payment — seller must cooperate or cancel.
- 2.3Request 99 SAR neutral inspection for items over 5,000 SAR — official report from certified tech.
- 2.4Payment protection via escrow: money doesn't reach seller until you confirm receipt and satisfaction.
- 2.5Open a dispute within 48h of delivery if there's a defect or mismatch — full refund if ruling in your favor.
3.Your Obligations
- 3.1Pay within 24h of seller accepting your offer. Late payment auto-cancels the deal.
- 3.2Receive the item at the agreed time. Delays beyond a week cancel the deal and you may bear shipping costs.
- 3.3Inspect the item upon receipt (same day). Delays beyond 48h obligate you to purchase.
- 3.4Confirm receipt or open dispute within 48h. Non-confirmation auto-releases funds to seller after the period.
- 3.5Respect the seller: no abusive communication, no threats, no extortion. Any abuse exposes your account to ban.
4.When You Get Refunded
- 4.1Seller cancels before delivery: full refund within 24h.
- 4.2Item never arrived (delivery failure due to seller): full refund + shipping compensation.
- 4.3Item differs from listing: full refund after dispute opened and team confirms.
- 4.4Item has major undisclosed defect: full refund or agreed-upon discount (per defect severity).
- 4.5Not refundable: change of mind after confirmation, misuse after delivery, purely aesthetic preferences.
5.Prohibited Behavior
- 5.1Attempting to pay seller off-platform: immediate account suspension. You lose all escrow protection.
- 5.2False disputes (item is fine but claiming defect): warning, then ban if repeated. Recorded in fraud log.
- 5.3Extortion or threats against seller: immediate permanent ban.
- 5.4Creating multiple accounts to exploit offers: ban for all accounts.
- 5.5Reselling a purchased item then opening a dispute: permanent ban.
